The xbox Kinect is very easy and fast to set up.  The gaming sensor unit is actually  plug and play.  Its amazing that the sensor automatically calibrates how much space it has to play with as well as how tall the players are.  You do need quite a bit of space which makes sense when you consider the amount of physical activity you take part in.
